Prior to joining EIV Capital, Austin served as a senior manager in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for overseeing the audits of the firm’s registered investment company, private equity and hedge fund audit clients.
Austin earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Texas, a Master of Accountancy from Texas State University and is a CPA in the state of Texas.
