Azzat bin Kamaludin

Azzat bin Kamaludin is currently the Chairman of Pulai Springs Bhd.
and a Director of several companies including Celcom Resources Bhd., Rego Multi Trades Sdn.
Bhd., and Malaysian Directors Academy.
He was previously the Chairman of VisDynamics Holdings Bhd., Non-Executive Chairman of Dialog Axiata PLC, and held various Non-Executive Director positions in companies such as AFFIN Holdings Bhd., Boustead Heavy Industries Corp.
Bhd., Boustead Holdings Bhd., and KPJ Healthcare Bhd.
He was also a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Axiata Group Bhd.
and a Member of the Securities Commission of Malaysia.
Mr. bin Kamaludin started his career as an Administrative & Diplomatic Officer in the Malaysia Ministry of Foreign Affairs and later became a Partner at Azzat & Izzat.
He is a Member of the Honourable Society Of The Middle Temple and the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.
Mr. bin Kamaludin graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1969.
