AB2-PE invests in sectors such as media, new technologies, services, fashion, retail and consumer goods. The firm invests in France across development stages in transactions including LBO, partial successions, shareholder restructuring, turnaround, growth financing and build-up. They avoid early-stage investments. They target companies with an autonomous management team, a long-term vision, and which are operating in high-growth sectors. AB2-PE is a long-term investor and prefers majority stakes or co-lead positions. They never get involved in the day-to-day operation of their portfolio companies.
