ACC primarily follows an aggressive growth investment philosophy and focuses on Asian, European and North American small- and mid-cap equity within the industrial and utilities sectors; the firm, however, has no market-cap restriction. ACC performs in-house fundamental research with a focus on balance sheet and meet with management, suppliers and vendors. The firm also utilizes the industry experience of their area analysts and board members. The investment team quantitatively screens for cash flow and asset valuations. They seek to identify large-scale societal, demographic, and/or economic cycles, which impact valuations, and aim at purchasing stocks that benefit from this. The research team participates actively in the financial analysis and in the asset management process
