Daron R. Lee

Mr. Daron R.
Lee is Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer and sits on the Board of Directors at XCAP Securities Plc.
He commenced his career in stockbroking with Ashworth Sons and Barratt in 1987 before pursuing other interests in his family’s businesses.
He returned to stockbroking by 1993 with WH Ireland Limited before founding Proquote in 1998, a business which remains a significant provider to brokers and institutions of realtime on-line stock market data and company information, as well as a trading platform.
He sold Proquote to the London Stock Exchange Plc in 2003 where he became a Divisional Director.
Since leaving the London Stock Exchange, Mr. Lee has pursued private business interests including being an investor in and for a short period, a Non-Executive Director of Avacta Group Plc.
He co-founded XCAP with Chris Potts in June 2009
