Jacobs, CPA, is Co-Founder & Partner at E2M Partners LLC.
Prior to forming E2M in 1987, Mr. Jacobs was a founder and partner of Eiger, a sponsor and manager of real estate funds; the CFO of Rosewood Property Company, an integrated company with $1 Billion of assets and 250 employees; the director of finance for Property Company of America, a real estate development and management company; the executive vice president of International Investment Advisors, a Dallas based land investment company; and a founder of Dalcor Financial, Inc., a company formed to assist in both the formation of general partnerships and the acquisition and management of multi-family and retail properties.
He began his career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. where he was a member of the Private Business Advisory Services group involved in over thirty real estate syndications and participation in the audit, tax, and consulting areas of all phases of the real estate industry.
Mr. Jacobs, a CPA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Baylor University.
He is the Past President and current Board Member of the Real Estate Financial Executives Association and a member of The Dallas Real Estate Council.
