Mr. Gary J.
Dienst, CPA, is Vice President & Tax Director at Greenfield Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Greenfield Partners in 2007, Mr. Dienst was a Principal at O’Connor Capital Partners, a private equity firm in New York City.
At O’Connor, he was responsible for worldwide tax matters for the firm and its Funds.
This included tax planning and reporting for investments in the United States, Europe, and Mexico.
Before joining O’Connor in 1992, he was a Tax Manager for Price Waterhouse where he was responsible for real estate tax matters including loan restructurings and partnership issues.
He also worked at Touche Ross and Co., a predecessor of Deloitte and Touche, and in Prudential real estate group.
Mr. Dienst received his BS form Fairleigh Dickinson University and JD form Seton Hall School of Law.
He is Certified Public Accountant Admitted to the bar of the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
