Gregory S. Lucas

Gregory Lucas is an Operating Partner at Building Industry Partners.
Until recently, Greg was Chief Financial Officer, Managing Partner, and Board Member of Robert Bowden, Inc. (RBI), a high-growth manufacturer and wholesaler of building and millwork products, which grew from startup in 1983 to a peak of more than $150 million with three manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Greg has been a senior finance and business partner to market leaders, supporting top-line strategy development and expense reduction, and led the development of numerous process improvements/standardization to drive resource optimization, internal controls, compliance, reporting, and business insights.
He also has in-depth experience improving business intelligence and strategic planning at the enterprise, divisional, and market level, and spearheaded the finance objectives for new facility startups, capital acquisitions, joint ventures, and distribution/supply chain reorganizations.
Greg has an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BA in Accounting from Marshall University.
