Jeffrey Collins

Mr. Jeffrey Collins is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners (PE).
Mr. Collins has over 17 years of industry experience.
Prior to his current role, he advised and traded equity options and futures with U.S.
hedge funds in the Equity Derivatives group.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Collins worked with Petra Capital Partners, where he was responsible for screening, researching, structuring and monitoring private equity investments in health care and information services companies.
Previously, Mr. Collins was an investment banker at Robertson Stephens, where he executed a variety of public and private equity offerings, convertible and debt offerings, and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the health care and business services space.
Mr. Collins received an A.B. degree in Politics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
