John A. Penicook

Mr. Penicook was the Head of U.S.
Non-investment Grade & Short Duration Fixed Income.
He managed High Yield, Emerging Market Debt and Short Duration teams and was responsible for the overall management of the corresponding portfolios, including valuation process, portfolio construction and trading.
Building the firm’s Emerging Market Debt capabilities, Mr. Penicook authored the firm’s comprehensive white paper on the risk/return characteristics of the asset class and developed the firm’s proprietary analytical framework.
Mr. Penicook was also responsible for the management and trading of the mortgage-backed securities for discretionary, actively-managed accounts.
Earlier he was responsible for the investment activities of the commingled short-term investment funds, including credit analysis, trading and portfolio management.
