PRP takes a fundamental, value-oriented approach to investing in middle market real estate properties including office, industrial, multifamily, and retail. The firm targets properties that need repositioning, recapitalization or redevelopment. PRP invests in properties in the eastern US with $15 million to $75 million in total capitalization that require $5 million to $15 million of equity and/or mezzanine debt. They focus on projects with multiple exit strategies such as private one-off sales, portfolio sales within common asset classes or recapitalization by the sponsor/operator
