John E.
Allen is Vice Chairman of the Board of Amli Residential Properties Trust and President and a Director of AMLI Realty Co., which he Co-Founded in 1980.
Prior to Co-Founding AMLI Realty Co., he was a Partner at the Chicago law firm of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP, with which he had been associated since 1964.
He received a B.S.
in Business from Indiana University in 1961 and a J.D.
from the Indiana University School of Law in 1964.
