Jonathan D. Evans

Jonathan Evans works in the Corporate Finance team.He is experienced in capital markets transactions relating to AIM, the City Code and secondary fundraisings.
In the course of these transactions he has accumulated strong mutli-jurisdictional deal expertise in countries that range from China, CIS Countries, Australia to Africa.
He previously worked for Corporate Synergy (now Blue Oar Securities) and Grant Thornton Corporate Finance.
Mr. Evans has a BSc in Accounting from Cardiff University (1999) and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Institute of England and Wales (2005).
