Justin is the CTO and cofounder of Caplight, a platform that enables institutional investors to trade derivatives on private company stock.
Prior to Caplight, Justin was one of the first employees at Forge Global and built the technology powering Forge’s marketplace for private stock.
He holds a bachelors in economics from Northwestern University.
