Prior to joining EdgeStone, Mr. Shnier worked as a Senior Associate in the Business Law Department of Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions.
Prior to that, he worked as an Associate in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP in Boston and in Business Development at Manulife Financial in Toronto.
Mr. Shnier holds MBA and JD degrees from the University of Toronto, and a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
