Konrad Milczarski

Konrad Milczarski is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
He is also the Head of the Restructuration Department at PKO Bank Polski SA Niederlassung Deutschland since 2011.
Previously, he worked as the Director of Accounting & Finances at PZU Zycie SA. He also held the position of Vice President and Director of IT, Finance & Controlling at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego SA from 2007 to 2010.
Additionally, he served as the Financial Director at LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services Sp zoo and as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Polimex-Mostostal SA. He was also the Head of Treasury at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA. Prior to that, he worked as a Financial Controller at HVB Group AG from 1997 to 2002.
He also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at WWA Development SA. Mr. Milczarski holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, a graduate degree from Warsaw School of Economics, and undergraduate degrees from the University of Warsaw and the University of Warsaw Faculty of Management.
