O'Connor, CFA MBA, is a Global Head of Model Portfolio Solutions & Co-Chief Investment Officer for Global Solutions at BlackRock Advisors LLC, at BlackRock Investment Management LLC and at BlackRock Fund Advisors.

Her last role at Mellon Capital was leading the active fixed income team, with investment strategies ranging from hedge funds to actively managed ETFs.
She served as a Senior Portfolio Manager.
She is a CFA Charterholder and earned her M.B.A. from U.C.
Berkeley and her B.A. in international economics from U.C.
Davis.
