Michael Cao is the founder of three companies.
He founded Netoy.com Corp.
in 1997, Ultroid Technologies, Inc. in 2005, and Bitech Mining Corp.
in 2021.
At Netoy.com Corp., he holds the title of Chief Executive Officer.
At Ultroid Technologies, Inc., he held the titles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
At Bitech Mining Corp., he holds the title of Director.
Mr. Cao also held former positions at Liberty Consultants Pvt Ltd. from 2000 to 2004, where he was the Chief Executive Officer, at Vascular Technologies, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, where he was a Director, and at Bitech Technologies Corp.
in 2022, where he was a Director.
Mr. Cao received his undergraduate degree from Eckerd College.
