Prior to joining Votum, Mr. Anthony was the Chief Operating Officer for Stuart C.
Irby Co., the13th largest distributor of electrical products in the nation.
While in this position he increased profitability by 65% over a 4-year period.
He was the Chairman and President of Thrasher Architectural Products, Inc., a distressed wholesaler of commercial doors and hardware that he purchased and returned to profitability in less than 12 months.
As Vice-President for acquisitions for Walker, Inc., he was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and overseeing investments in strategically identified businesses.
Mr. Anthony was also a Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen & Co, (now Accenture) where he managed a broad range of manufacturing and government engagements.
Mr. Anthony received a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
He is a certified public accountant.
