Noelia Garcia

Noelia joined Polaris in 2020 as director of compliance and is based out of the San Francisco office.
In this role, she supports the implementation, maintenance and execution of all aspects of the firm’s compliance program.
Prior to Polaris, Noelia was deputy chief compliance officer at Franklin Templeton Investments where her responsibilities included supporting the compliance efforts of several U.S.
registered investment advisers.
Noelia also has experience in regulatory compliance with hedge fund managers as well as portfolio compliance from her time at the Capital Group Companies and PIMCO.
Noelia graduated with a B.S.
in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
