Oneida Ireland

Oneida Ireland is Director of Human Resources for Shamin Hotels, Inc. She is a Member for the Advisory Board of the School of Tourism, J Sergeant Reynolds Community College, Hospitality Management Program at Virginia State University, the Multicultural Advisory Commission of Chesterfield County, and Tri-Cities Business and a Member of the Richmond Human Resources Management Association.
Prior to joining Shamin Hotels, she was Director of Human Resources for the Richmond Marriott Downtown and Sheraton Richmond West.
She joined the San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino as Manager of Human Resources in 2002.
Ms. Ireland received an undergraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Massachusetts.
