Rebecca Adams

Ms. Rebecca Adams is Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder at Edenbrook Hill Capital Ltd.
Prior to co-founding Edenbrook Hill Capital in 2005, Ms. Adams was a Group Managing Director at DBRS and was in charge of the DBRS Rating Committee.
She was also a key member of the DBRS senior management team responsible for the overall operation of DBRS.
In addition, she has significant experience in a variety of entrepreneurial businesses.
Ms. Adams has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a candidate for an LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School.
She has spoken at numerous conferences on a variety of ratings-related issues, capital markets, income funds, public/private partnerships, etc., and has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto and York University.
