Richard A. Lindermanis

Richard A. Lindermanis was the founder of Sandefer Oil & Gas, Inc. founded in 1979, where he held the title of Director & Executive Vice President.
He also held former positions at The Louisiana Land & Exploration Co. as Land Manager-Rocky Mountain Division from 1971 to 1975, at Amerada Corp.
as District Land Manager-Gulf Coast from 1967 to 1971, and at Pegasi Energy Resources Corp.
as Chief Financial Officer, Director & Senior VP from 2006 to 2012, and as Senior Vice President.
He also held positions at Patrick Petroleum Co. as EVP-Corporate Development & Exploration, and at Maple Mountain Explorations, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President.
Mr. Lindermanis received his undergraduate degree from Phillips University in 1967.
