Richard E.
Nemis was the founder and Chairman-Emeritus of Ring of Fire Metals since 1980.
He is also the founder of Central Crude Ltd. He held various former positions including President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Rencore Resources Ltd. from 2010 to 2019, Chairman at Bold Ventures, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, Director at Big Tree Carbon, Inc. from 2003 to 2012, Independent Director at Noble Mineral Exploration, Inc. from 2012 to 2013, Director at Goldeye Explorations Ltd. from 1996 to 2014, Independent Director at Metals Creek Resources Corp.
in 2012, Director at Eagle Hill Exploration Corp.
from 2010 to 2012, and President at River Gold Mines Ltd. He was also a Member of the Ontario Bar Association from 1968 to 2019 and a Senior Partner at Noront Steel Ltd. Mr. Nemis graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a graduate degree in 1968.
