Mr. Robert A. Akester is Senior Portfolio Manager at Mondrian Investment Partners Ltd.

Mr. Akster holds a BS in Statistics and Economics from University College, London, and is an associate of the Institute of Actuaries, with a certificate in Finance and Investment.
