Ms. Tara M.
Moore is a Director at Versatus Advisers LLP.
She has over 10 years banking experience primarily in the leveraged finance market.
Prior to joining Versatus, she was a Director in the Nomura leveraged finance team, which she joined in a team move with her colleagues from WestLB in 2006.
At Nomura, she was responsible for the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions in Western Europe.
She worked on a number of successful transactions including Resolution Plc with Sun Capital and TDR and The James Hull Group with Hutton Collins.
Before the team move to Nomura, she led a number of noteworthy transactions at WestLB including Berliner Verlag with Versonis Suhler Stevenson (VSS) and the recapitalisation of Dywidag Systems with Industri Kapital.
Prior to joining WestLB, she spent 4 years with the SG leveraged finance team again completing a significant number of successful deals for the bank including Alliance Medical (Bridgepoint), Phadia (PPM Ventures), N & W Global Vending (Compass Partners), Refresco (3i) and Youngs Bluecrest (CapVest).
Ms. Moore holds a Masters degree in Finance from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.
