Mr. Victor Liu is an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Nonferrous Metals Co. Ltd. and Head of Research at Cypress House Asset Management Co. Ltd. He has through understanding and knowledge in the China and overseas securities market, with insight in identifying relationships in the global markets.

Mr. Liu graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Windsor University, Canada in 1999.
He also obtained an MBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 2004.
