Wallace E. Johnson

Mr. Johnson has been with Five Mile Capital Partners since November 2006.
Prior to Five Mile, he served as a Director at Citigroup Property Investors in the high yield real estate debt group with Mr. Nickerson where his responsibilities included underwriting, liability management and operations.
Prior to joining Citigroup Property Investors, he was a credit and portfolio risk manager for Citigroup Alternative Investments' restructuring team, monitoring the performance and credit trends of $7 billion of collateralized debt obligations investing in corporate and emerging markets debt.
In 2000, Mr. Johnson joined Citigroup from Moody's Investors Service, where he analyzed real estate investment trusts.
Previous to that, he invested in corporate debt private placements and equities for Prudential Insurance and served as an officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps.
Mr. Johnson holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
