He joined Tishman Speyer in 2008 as part of the Leadership Development Program and was tasked with sourcing and underwriting New York area acquisition opportunities, pursuing redevelopment projects within the company’s existing New York portfolio, and fundraising for Tishman Speyer’s U.S.
value-add funds and co-investments.
Prior to joining the company, Amir was a securities law associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP.
He holds a BS, JD, and MBA from the University of Toronto and is a ULI and REBNY member.
