Annraí O'Toole

Annraí O'Toole founded IONA Technologies Plc in 1991, where he worked as Chief Technical Officer & Executive Vice President, Cape Clear Software, Inc. in 1999, where he worked as Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2011, and Utmost Software, Inc. in 2018, where he is working as Chief Executive Officer from 2018.
Mr. O'Toole also formerly worked at Cape Clear Software Ltd., as Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2008, Globoforce Group Plc, as Independent Director, and Workday, Inc., as General Manager-Europe from 2011 to 2012.
Mr. O'Toole received his graduate degree from Trinity College Dublin.
