Since 2017, the firm is a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers SA, ultimately held by BPCE SA in Paris. Headquartered in Sydney, IML offers various Australian Equity funds for individual and institutional clients. The firm is a responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

Forager Funds Management Pty Ltd. (Forager Funds) is an independent asset management firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded by Greg Hoffman and Steve Johnson in 2009 as Intelligent Investor Funds Pty Ltd. and renamed to Forager in July 2014. They provide research on Australian stocks, managed funds, superannuation funds, credit securities, exchange-traded funds, and listed investment companies for individual investors, financial advisers, asset managers, and retirement plan providers and sponsors.

MMC Asset Management Ltd. (MMC-AM) is an investment firm established in 1993 and based in Sydney. Previously the funds management division of the diversified financial services provider MMC Contrarian Ltd., MMC-AM was acquired by Valuestream Investment Management Ltd. in 2009. Valuestream is a provider of outsourced Responsible Entity services for boutique fund managers and institutions. MMC-AM manages funds for private individuals, corporations and institutions. Their flagship is the Value Growth Trust. Following the 2009 acquisition the funds are sub-advised by Huon Capital.
