Dr. Ray was Director of Technical Affairs at American Synthesis, overseeing development, manufacturing, and Quality Assurance of the oligonucleotides manufacturing facility and development of a variety of new instruments for Life Science research.
Prior to American Synthesis, Dr. Ray was
involved in the development of diagnostic, R&D, and research instruments at American Bionetics (ABN) and Hoefer Scientific Instruments (now Pharmacia Amersham).
Dr. Ray received his PhD in Cell Biology from the University of California , Santa Barbara .
