Dave Jay

Jay has over a decade of finance, accounting, audit, tax, private equity, and compliance experience.
He previously worked at Valor Equity Partners which at the time managed over $1 billion of investment capital.
Jay also worked at Ernst & Young LLP and Grant Thornton LLP specializing in audits of private equity funds, valuations, and transaction advisory services.
Jay received a B.S.
in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters in Accounting Science with a Minor in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jay is a registered Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
