Donald W.
Hultgren is currently the Chairman, Executive VP & Head-Business Strategy at WEDBUSH, Inc. He is also a Member of the CFA Institute, Financial Planning Association, and Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, Inc. Previously, Mr. Hultgren served as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at SWS Group, Inc. from 2007 to 2010.
He was also the Chairman of the American Heart Association, Inc. Additionally, he worked as the MD-Corporate Finance & Research Director at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. from 1989 to 2000.
He has also held positions as a Director at Comprehensive Software Systems LLC and as the President of Three Part Advisors LLC.
Mr. Hultgren completed his undergraduate degree at Augustana College (Illinois) in 1979.
He later obtained an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1981.
