Gregory J.
McManus is a Director of Mortgage Investments LLC and President and Managing Director of Net Lease Acquisition LLC.
He is a Member of the Management Executive Committee and Investment Committee of Capmark Financial Group, Inc. and Chairman of the Asset and Liability Management Committee and has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2007 and Executive Vice President-Capital Markets and Affordable Housing since January 2004.
Mr. McManus is Chairman of Capmark Bank.
He joined Capmark Financial Group in 1999 and was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Mortgage Loan Sale and Trading Group.
Mr. McManus was Vice President, Team Leader and Commercial Real Estate Lender at PNC Bank NA. He received an MBA degree in Finance from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University and a BS degree in Finance from Seton Hall University.
