Gregory Katz

Mr. Gregory Katz is Senior General Counsel at NCH Capital, Inc. Prior to joining NCH in 2007, he was a partner at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, where he advised clients on such diverse matters as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, litigation and commercial real estate transactions.
In addition to his intimate familiarity with the firm as NCH’s outside counsel since its earliest days in 1993, Mr. Katz brings experience in the areas of international transaction law and corporate finance, the issuance of equity and debt securities, the formation of joint ventures throughout the world, and, on the private equity side, representing investors in emerging markets and fund formation.
Mr. Katz is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School.
