Ivanda Bibere

Part of Carlsberg A/S, Aldaris JSC is a brewery located in Riga, LV. The origins of the brewery date back to 1865 when a beer factory called Waldschlösschen was built in the outskirts of Riga by a Bavarian German named Joahim Dauder. Aldaris is one of the few breweries that has preserved its historical location and brewing traditions to this day. In the early 20th century, Waldschlösschen had gained a reputation as one of the most modern breweries in Europe, as evidenced by the European Congress of the largest beer producers held in Riga in 1906. The name Aldaris was obtained through a public survey in 1937, in which 3339 people participated.
