Prior to joining Huntsman Gay, he worked at Oak Hill Capital Partners, a $7 billion private equity firm, and was responsible for investments in the Business and Financial Services industry group.

He was responsible for leading a variety of process improvement teams as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Jared is a graduate of GE's Financial Management Program where he worked in Mergers and Acquisition Integration, Global Strategy Finance, Commercial Services and Manufacturing.
He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.
