Jeanette Abate

Jeanette Abate joined Tishman Speyer in 2009 and focuses on the firm’s debt financing activities for new acquisitions, development projects, and existing properties within the United States.
Prior to her current role, she was responsible for portfolio management activities for U.S.
core ventures, regularly interacting with investors and analyzing venture performance and liquidity.
Jeanette began her tenure with the firm as part of the analyst program and has since held several positions, including serving as Investment Committee secretary, assisting in the underwriting and recapitalization of a 16-asset U.S.
portfolio, and working on portfolio management activities for the India, Brazil, China, and U.S.
value-add funds.
She graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a BS from the School of Hotel Administration.
