Atmos Capital Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (Atmos Capital) is an independent Brazilian fund management firm which was founded in 2009 by Bruno Feajhof Levacov and Lucas Bielawski. Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, the firm manages the Atmos funds for individual and institutional investors. To align interests, Atmos Capital’s partners have substantial proprietary capital invested in the funds, which are organized as a hierarchically horizontal structure in order to foster intellectual honesty and allow for a meritocracy of ideas.

Gavea Investimentos Ltda. (GIL) is an independent investment management firm headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and was founded in 2003. Formerly known as 3F Administracao De Recursos Ltda., the firm was founded in 2003 by Arminio Fraga and Luiz Henrique Fraga. In 2010, Gavea became a subsidiary of JPMorgan Asset Management, the asset management arm of J.P Morgan Chase & Co. and created a strategic alliance with Highbridge Capital Management, the global alternative asset manager owned by JPMorgan Asset Management. GIL’s activities are focused on hedge funds, private equity funds, equity funds and real estate funds.

Credit Suisse (Brasil) DTVM SA (Credit Suisse-Brasil) is the investment management subsidiary of Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse (Brasil) SA, itself a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group AG (SW: CSGN) in Switzerland. Headquartered in Sao Paulo, the firm was created in 1991 when Credit Suisse First Boston, acquired Banco de Investimentos Garantia SA. In 2006 they became Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse (Brasil) SA. Credit Suisse-Brasil provides resources which contribute to the cultural and social development of Brazil including the São Paulo State Symphony, the Brazilian Symphonic Orchestra, the Pinacoteca do Estado de Sao Paulo, the Museum of Modern Art in Sao Paulo, the Company Culture Arts and Tucci (the Association for Children and Adolescents with Cancer).
