Osamu Matsuno

Mr. Osamu Matsuno is on the Board of Directors at Mezzanine Corp.
Prior to joining Mezzanine Corporation in October 2007, he worked for Tokio Marine & Nichido Insurance Co.,Ltd., a pioneer in the Japanese mezzanine finance market.
While at Tokio Marine, He spent nearly six years arranging and leading Tokio Marine's investments in various types of leveraged finance transactions, including providing senior and mezzanine debt to, and taking equity stakes in, Japanese and foreign companies.
He also has experiences in insurance sales and marketing, and new business planning and development in his earlier career at Tokio Marine.
He received B.A.
in Economics from University of Tokyo and MBA with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
