Pedro J. Cardona

Pedro J.
Cardona is Medical Director of Gateway Health Plan, Inc. Prior to joining Gateway Health Plan, he was a Managing Partner of Sussex Pulmonary Associates LLC (formerly Pedro J.
Cardona, MD).
Previously, he was Medical Director of the Respiratory Therapy Program at Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown.
He is a Member of the American College of Physician Executives.
Dr. Cardona received an MD from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School and an MBA in Health Care from the University of Tennessee.
He is also Board Certified with the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
