Prior to Armory Advisors, Mr. Bringewatt was Managing Director of Research with Seaport.
He joined Seaport from TimesSquare Capital Management where he was responsible for high yeild bond portfolio management.
Prior to joining TimesSquare in 2001, he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at American General Investment Management, L.P.
During his nine years at the firm, he headed credit research for five years, and led a team of 16 analysts who covered high yield and investment-grade credits.
He also was instrumental in issuing and managing four collateralized bond obligation transactions and served as Senior Portfolio Manager for third-party institutional accounts.
He previously held credit analyst positions at US West Financial Services, Inc. and Westinghouse Credit Corporation.
In these roles, he analyzed and managed a wide range of investment opportunities, including bonds, bank loans, preferred stocks, and direct mezzanine investments.
He also was a high yield bond portfolio manager at US West Financial Services.
Mr. Bringewatt has a B.B.A in Finance, with distinction, from the University of Missouri.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
