Mr. Sergei Shulga is one of the founders of i-Free Company.
He graduated from economical and management faculty of St Petersburg State Polytechnical University, till 2001 he was working in exhibition industry, he was a direct participant of launching the first of mobile content services in Russia.
In 2001 jointly with Kirill Gorynya and Kirill Petrov he founded i-Free Company which took the leading position on Russian and CIS markets.
Sergei Shulga is an executive director since the foundation of i-Free Company.
In 2010 after the strategic restructuring of the company due to its access to innovations market Sergei Shulga became one of the executives of subsidiary department i-Free Innovations specialized in development and introduction of products and projects based on innovational technologies.
Sergei Shulga is also a venture partner of i-Free Ventures fund.
