Soma Pandey

Soma Pandey worked as a Manager-Human Resources at ITC Ltd. from 1996 to 2000.
She then worked as a Chief Human Resources Officer at Firstsource Solutions Ltd. After that, she worked as a Vice President-Human Resources at Accenture India Pvt Ltd. from 2010 to 2014.
Prior to that, she worked as an Operations Manager at Mastek (UK) Ltd. in 2007-2008.
Later, she worked as a Chief People Officer at Randstad India Pvt Ltd. from 2014 to 2016.
Ms. Pandey completed her undergraduate degree from Banaras Hindu University.
