Stewart Busbridge

Stewart Busbridge has 25 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience and has acted as financial advisor to public and private companies in a broad range of industries involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and restructuring transactions.
Mr. Busbridge also has managerial experience directing key operational functions as well as having key roles in the development of broader strategy at his prior firms.
Prior to joining DRI Healthcare, Mr. Busbridge was Managing Director and Co-Head of Canadian Mergers and Acquisitions at Canaccord Genuity Corp., Canada’s leading independent investment bank, where he worked for 11 years, advising on mergers and acquisitions and related financing transactions.
At Canaccord Genuity he also had oversight role over the internal M&A group procedures and management responsibility over a group of approximately 15 investment banking professionals.
Prior to Canaccord Genuity, Mr. Busbridge was a principal at Genuity Capital Markets, a boutique investment bank that he joined at its inception in 2005, after beginning his career in increasingly senior roles over 8+ years in the investment banking department at CIBC World Markets.
