William Pedranti

William Pedranti was the founder of Scilex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (founded in 2011) where he held the title of Chief Operating Officer.
He is also the founder of IACTA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (founded in 2016) where he holds the title of Chief Administrative Officer.
Currently, Mr. Pedranti is the Chief Executive Officer & Director at Visgenx, Inc. (since 2023) and the Chief Executive Officer at Ellsworth Construction LLC.
In the past, he worked as the Vice President & General Counsel at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Mr. Pedranti completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and his graduate degree at Georgetown University.
