Die Tissuemaschine des Typs PrimeLineTM W 2000 wird eine Konstruktionsgeschwindigkeit von 1.900 m/min und eine Breite von 5,65 m für die Produktion von Handtüchern, Küchentüchern, Servietten, Taschentüchern und Gesichtstüchern im Grammaturbereich von 11 bis 42 g/m² aufweisen. Sie ist mit einer PrimePress XT Evo-Schuhpresse ausgestattet, die die Papierbahn sanft entwässert und dennoch einen wesentlich höheren Trockengehalt nach der Presse erzielt als herkömmliche Pressen. Die Linienlast und/oder die Schuhneigung können flexibel eingestellt werden, um die Produktqualität zu verbessern und die Trocknungsenergie zu reduzieren. Zusätzlich wird ein 18 Fuß PrimeDry Steel-Stahlzylinder mit einer PrimeDry Hood ST dampfbeheizten Haube für energie- und kosteneffiziente Trocknung installiert.
Der Auftrag umfasst auch das Stoffaufbereitungssystem mit LC (Niedrigkonsistenz)-Refinern für ausgezeichnete Fasereigenschaften, den Konstantteil mit einem ModuScreen HBE-Stoffauflaufsortierer für pulsationsarmes Sortieren sowie die Stoffauflösung unter der Tissuemaschine.
Die gesamte Produktionslinie wird mit einem ANDRITZ PrimeControl-Automatisierungssystem (MCS, DCS, und QCS) ausgestattet, das erweiterte Funktionen für die Prozessautomatisierung der gesamten Tissuelinie enthält und die Anzahl der Subsysteme und damit verbundenen Schnittstellen minimiert.
