Participation in K.R. Energy S.p.A.
OTI Energy AG ("OTI") has acquired from MT Holding S.p.A., Rome, its participation in K.R. Energy S.p.A., Milan ("KRE"), listed at Milan Stock Exchange (Market: MTA/Super Sector/Public Services) amounting to 721'505 shares valued at average market price of last 100 open days before 3 September 2013. The seller MT Holding S.p.A. is a related party to OTI.
The sales contract was entered into on 4 September 2013 and OTI has now been registered as shareholder of KRE. The parties to the sales contract have agreed on deferred payment.
