He has extensive experience in property level financial analysis (budgets, balance sheets, P&Ls, lease files, etc.) and developed an extensive personal network of brokers in lenders in the Northeast region.
Mr. Levirne earned a BA from Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing a masters in Real Estate at NYU.
